Portable 12Volt Brooder Specifications

Dimensions:
330mm high, 510mm long, 320mm deep.
Internal brooding area- 240mm high, 380mm long, 240mm deep. Holds 2 x 2 ltr icecream tubs.
Construction:
Professionally constructed. Aluminium Steel and Polymer - Removeable tub for ease of cleaning.
Fan-forced:
Fitted with a 12 volt fan for even heat circulation. Heat circulates evenly throughout the unit without blowing directly on the occupants.
Thermostatically controlled:
Fitted with a Kimani 12 volt Heating System and supplied with a cigarette lighter plug- fully sealed element can be wiped over with disinfectant. Extremely accurate and stable.
Thermometer:
Supplied with a 305cm spirit thermometer.
Large perspex viewing window:
Allows for easy monitoring of occupants without disturbance.
Totally Safe Environment::
Occupants are isolated from direct contact with the fan, heating element and water dishes. No exposed edges for occupants to chew on.
Can be totally disinfected:
Kimani Incubators and Brooders are unique in that all electrical components can be removed from the unit to facilitate thorough washing and disinfection of the body of the unit.
Warranty:
Twelve months. Because of the ease of removal of the element, fan and the turning motor, in the unlikely event of any parts failure, these can be removed and replaced by post without the entire unit having to be returned. This results in minimal downtime and eliminates costly servicing and freight.
